The launder/tundish system for the PG series pumps can be specifically engineered for gravity or low-pressure feeding into permanent mold, green or chemically-bonded sand, evaporative pattern, investment or plaster molds. Additionally, the PG series can pump precise quantities of molten metal into shot sleeves of squeeze cast or high pressure dies. There are several methods that can be utilized to fill molds.
